Can I invite colleagues to have access to EOAP?
Last updated on July 26, 2024Some users in your organisation will have the ability to add new administrators to EOAP. This will be determined by your agreement owners and if you are identified as someone who can add new administrators, you will see the “Add administrator” button in the Accounts Settings area of EOAP.
If you do not have that permission, but wish to add a new administrator, please contact [email protected] providing first name, last name and e-mail address of new admin, as well as which institute(s) they should have access to and whether they should have a read-only access (Consortia Admin view) or the capability to Approve/Reject APCs (Librarian view)
