How can I check what the rejection reason was for a previous request?
Last updated on July 26, 2024The rejection details include the date, the person who rejected the request, and any additional information that was recorded at that time.
Follow these steps to check the rejection reason:
- Go to 'Requests' section of the Platform.
- Filter by ‘Rejected’ requests.
- Click on the article title.
- The rejection details will include the following information:
- Person who rejected the request
- Date
