How do I amend my order?
Last updated on August 28, 2024In some instances, it is possible to amend your order but this is dependent on the method you used to place it.

Once your PubEasy order has been received we are unable to make any changes to the order.
Once your VirtualE order has been received we are unable to make any changes to the order.
Once your EDI order has been received we are unable to make any changes to the order.
Contact the Sales Representative directly with the amendments required. The Sales Representative will advise as to whether or not they still have the order and if changes can be made.
Contact us using the email option below. The status of your order will determine whether or not amendments are possible. When contacting customer services please include the following information:
- Your Elsevier account number.
- Your order reference.
- The ISBN(s) on the order.
- The amendments required.
- The order reference received on your order confirmation email (if this has been received).
