What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you don't have a VirtualE or PubEasy account you'll need to create a new account.
Please select your service below and follow the steps provided to regain access to VirtualE or PubEasy:
How
If you have forgotten your VirtualE password please follow the steps below:
- Go to VirtualE.
- Select the 'Forgot your password? Click here' link (located underneath the login box).
- Enter your login details in the field required.
- Click ‘Email my temporary password’.
On completion of the steps, your login information will be sent to your email address.
If you are still experiencing problems accessing VirtualE, please select ‘Contact Us’ in the menu and click ‘Customer Service’.
How
If you have forgotten your PubEasy PIN and/or Password please follow the steps below:
- Go to Pubeasy.
- Click 'Forgotten Your PIN/Password?' link (located underneath the login box).
- Enter your registered email address in the fields required.
- Click ‘Submit’.
On completion of the steps, your login information will be sent to your email address.
